Background Checks since 1988. Employee screening is the only business we have
ever performed. NO one does it better.
Many of our employees, and all of our management team
have been with Information Resources all of those years, providing our clients
with experience, knowledge and customer service unmatched in the industry.
Information Resources developed many of the
procedures that are used in our industry today. We make it a part of our
business to know and stay current with the ever-changing laws affecting our
industry. We take the responsibility to inform, assist, and guide our clients so
that they perform their screenings in accordance with all local, State and
Federal regulations.
In 1988, when Information Resources began providing these
services, there were not many companies in the pre-employment screening
industry. In addition to being a pioneer in this industry, Information Resources
began providing a much quicker turnaround time than other companies. We
understood that although a five-day turnaround time was the norm, it was not
acceptable to companies, which had to make hiring decision quickly so as not to
lose good candidates to competitors. Reducing turnaround time to two-to-three
business days made Information Resources an early leader in the industry.
It is most important for us to maintain our strongest
asset - our person to person customer service. The first thing that you will
notice when calling our company is that a person, not a machine, answers your
call. People have a lot of questions regarding employment screening and we're
