for background checks. Although we could have offered
this service several years ago, we believed that there
were too many flaws in database systems. DATA EXPRESS
now offers the best instant search available, but the
main advantage is the experience our personnel provide.
Many database companies cannot even explain the
information they provide to you because they simply do
not know what it means. In addition, these companies
either don't know or don't care that they violate
